James Stumpf of Stumpf Studio recently embarked on a three-part design series which saw him create a trio of kitchen appliances using sustainable and renewable materials. Part one of the series was this funky Glass and Bamboo toaster. Made from steam-bent bamboo, this quirky kitchen gadget features glass toasting trays, a side touchscreen and fast-cooling coils that are embedded into the glass.
